What is covered under the warranty?
Landhaus products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship that prevent the user from using the product for its intended purpose.
How long does the warranty last?
The manufacturer’s warranty is valid from the time of purchase throughout the rest of the original owner’s lifetime. If the product is purchased as a gift for someone, the intended recipient of the product will be considered the original owner. Note: proof of purchase may be requested to prove ownership.
Are imperfections covered under the warranty?
Landhaus products are made in the world’s premier and largest manufacturing facility for cast iron-products; even still there may be cosmetic blemishes from manufacturing. Imperfections that do not affect the performance of the product are not covered under warranty; however, your satisfaction as our customer is our number one priority, and we will always try to find a solution if you are not completely satisfied with your product.
I think I received a defective product. What should I do?
Contact us immediately – your satisfaction is the most important thing to us.

Including proof of purchase and your current mailing address, send us pictures and a description of the defect to landhaus@eurocentra.net. Defective product will be replaced free-of-charge including shipping. In most cases, we don’t require the faulty product be sent back to us.
